The Discourses and Displacement of English in Turkey

This study aims to radically criticize the expansion of English and displace its overwhelming status from non-English speaking countries to oppose the spread of neoliberalism. The expansion of English is a violation of human rights. Therefore, radical pedagogy and critical human rights can contribute to the representation of the world languages.
