The Read Write Inc. Comprehension Modules contain two linked texts and activities designed to develop comprehension skills and provide practice in vocabulary, grammar and writing.
This pack contains Modules 16-20 (Water is Precious, Anna's Story, The Cup Final, William Kamkwamba and Adrift!).
The Modules are part of Read Write Inc. Comprehension which follows on from Read Write Inc. Phonics. It comprises 20 weekly Modules each containing a fiction or non-fiction text and a range of comprehension, vocabulary, grammar, spelling and writing activities.
The programme has been developed to increase children's reading fluency, their comprehension of and response to fiction and non-fiction texts, and to improve children's writing by developing their vocabulary, grammar and spelling knowledge.
