Stay Tuned for Senegal Student's Book 4ème

Stay Tuned for Senegal was written by Senegalese education specialists and fulfils the English syllabus requirements. All nine units revolve around relevant, realistic and topical themes that are based on the needs of the Senegalese child. There are also three review units to reinforce what has been learnt. Main features: • It fully covers the requirements of the English syllabus and that of a modern curriculum • the communicative approach is successfully integrated with the tried and trusted approaches of traditional language teaching • listening activities are carefully graded to ensure that all students can participate in communicative situations • It is a participatory course that draws on student's prior knowledge and allows each student to contribute to the learning process • students are exposed to a variety of written material, namely dialogues, descriptive and narrative passages, as well as some authentic texts • a variety of drawings and photographs enhance the text and encourage understanding.
