Mediation as an Inclusive and Sustainable Method of Resolving Conflicts

The publication is divided into two parts: the first focuses on mediation within the broad context of international environments, taking into account culturally rooted aspects of mediation, while the second part deals with mediation in light of national regulations in selected countries.
