i-read Year 2 DVD-ROM

An easy-to-use resource for teaching essential reading skills to the whole class using an interactive whiteboard. The stories, poems and non-fiction in i-read KS1 have been written to develop children's reading skills by building word-, sentence- and text-level work onto their enjoyment of a high-quality text. The Year 2 CD-ROM contains nine themes and can easily be integrated into existing schemes of work. The objectives match the renewed Primary Framework, including the need to read texts on screen.
