Polymer/Metal Interfaces and Defect Mediated Phenomena in Ordered Polymers: Volume 734

This book brings together various communities at work on polymer/metal interfaces so that the common important issues are highlighted, and knowledge and technology are transferred across disciplines and application fields. In particular, electronic, biological and adhesion properties, and their dependence on structure, chemistry and properties of polymer/metal interfaces, are featured. The last section of the book focuses on the basic science of defects, both at the atomic and mesoscopic scales, including their interactions, motions and microscopic and macroscopic effects.
