The Struggles of Minority English Learners

This book explores relevant background data and theory regarding English language students, the challenges they face, and the need to find strategies for growing reading engagement among these students. The author presents and explores the results of participant interviews conducted with 10 students with varied cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
