Power Relations and Judicial Corruption in the Islamic Republic of Iran

This book analyses the nature of the Islamic judicial system in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The study shows the structurally deep-rooted corruption in the judiciary which has had calamitous consequences on Iranian society and has endangered the society’s security in the long run.
