Gender, Symbolism and Organizational Cultures

This study of the relations between gender, power and culture in organizations introduces two metaphors: the sexual contract, focusing on the sexuality of organizations and "static" gender difference; and the alchemic wedding, highlighting a plurality of cultural models of femaleness.
