F. Industrial Relations
Samenvatting
The often turbulent interaction of management and unions was one of the defining features of the post war period, and industrial, employee and workplace relations provided a rich source of study for the Tavistock Institute. The titles included here represent a broad range of both theoretical and empirical approaches to the subject, and include case-studies of industries and of individual workplaces. Key titles include two seminal works by Elliot Jaques: Measurement of Responsibility and The Changing Culture of a Factory. Other titles address such significant issues as the impact of technological change and industrial democracy.
