SS 1352 Qualified Nurses, Midwives and Healers

A follow-up survey from a sample of people identified on the 1991 Census as having nursing, midwifery or health visiting qualifications but no longer working in the field. The report presents data, among other things, on the background characteristics of out-of-service respondents, the reason why they no longer worked in these fields and measures that would attract them back into these professions.
