Kenneth Gallant is a Professor of Law at the University of Arkansas William H. Bowen School of Law, where he teaches criminal law and international law. He clerked for judges at the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the federal court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania before his work as a prosecutor in the Philadelphia District Attorney's office, where he supervised the Special Litigation Unit. He was a former Fulbright Scholar in India and Nepal where he conducted criminal defense clinics, and he also served as the ABA's Legal Specialist for Central and Eastern Europe.
